Thank you for being a Tahiti Tan member! Just a reminder, this is a recurring membership and monthly charges will continue until you contact us to freeze or cancel your membership. (Non-use of services do not justify a refund.)
If you only meant to sign up for a 1 month package, please contact us within the first 3 days of signing up to resolve this matter. You will be responsible for paying the additional cost difference for the 1 month package.
This membership requires a 3 or 6 month commitment. Any months your membership is frozen, do not count towards those required months, only active months will go toward your commitment. Your day of sign up counts as your first month, the following month after your first auto-draft, you will be eligible to freeze your membership. You can freeze for up to 3 months at a time. If you wish to contact us to extend your freeze, you must contact us no earlier than 30 days before your reactivation, and no later than 2 days before your reactivation. Be sure we have a current, working cell phone number so you will be sure to receive our courtesy text reminder about your reactivation or any declined payments that may have occurred.
How to Cancel:
Once your 3 or 6 month commitment has been satisfied you are free to cancel your membership. We do require at least 5 days notice to cancel and you cannot cancel if there is a past due balance on your account. Cancel requests are ONLY accepted via text so that we have a written and verifiable request on file with a time and date stamp. Employees at the salon do not have the ability to cancel memberships.
If you wish to cancel, please text your name and “cancel” to 254-277-1859. This is not an automated line so you may not receive a response immediately. If after 24 hours, you still have not received a response, we suggested calling to verify that the text was received.
